Pre-Order Shipping Policy

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to reserve your desired items before their official release. Please read the following pre-order shipping policy to understand how these orders are processed and shipped.

1. Pre-Order Payment

When you place a pre-order, your payment will be charged at the time of order. This ensures that your item is reserved and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

2. Estimated Delivery Dates

The estimated delivery date for pre-order items is indicated in the product description on our website. Please note that this is an approximate date and may change due to production or shipping delays. We will inform you via email if there are any changes to the expected delivery date.

3. Shipping Process

Once the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, we need 2-5 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Pre-orders will be shipped in the order they were received, on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Orders with Multiple Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order items are available. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Once you have placed a pre-order, we cannot make any changes to the order, including changes to the shipping address or payment method. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible if the order is already being processed for shipment.

6. Shipping Method

Pre-orders will be shipped using the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please note that the provided delivery timeframes will apply after the item is shipped, not from the date the pre-order was placed.

7. Delays and Notifications

While we strive to meet all expected delivery dates, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays, customs issues, or courier delays. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

8. Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

For international orders, please be aware that pre-orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the recipient's country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please contact the courier to file a claim.

10. Responsibility for Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the entered shipping address is correct before submitting the order. We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes to the order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
