Slikofficial.com partners with local couriers ... allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat-rate shipping worldwide.
You will be charged when placing your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping Process
We require between 2 and 5 business days to process your order and transport it to the courier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items with limited availability.
Once your order begins processing in our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including address changes). We will ship the order only to the address provided at checkout.
We ship every day except Sunday or during holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched to the courier's sorting facility.
For some courier companies, it may take several days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Deliveries
Shipping time varies depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided and are not guaranteed.
While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order, slikofficial.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance requirements, holidays, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our initial expectations.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Slikofficial.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all import duties and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Slikofficial.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please report it and/or file a claim with the respective courier.
Note: We utilize the delivery time information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the courier when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported in time.
Refused or Incorrect Orders
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered before placing an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes to the order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed in our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
