RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM FOR PURCHASED PRODUCT

Refunds for orders are processed only via bank transfer within 14 days of the product's return.
IMPORTANT: The return period is 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
If you wish to return an item, please provide a return address.

According to Article 55, Paragraph 1 of the "Consumer Protection Act" (CPA), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the received goods within 14 days of receiving them without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason.
In this case, the seller is obliged to refund the consumer in full for the amounts paid, excluding delivery charges if such were paid, no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer exercised their right to withdraw from the goods, according to Article 55, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act. Refunds are made via bank transfer.
When returning purchased goods, the transport costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
The consumer is obliged to preserve the goods received from the seller, maintaining their quality and safety during the period specified in Article 55, Paragraph 1 of the "Consumer Protection Act." To return the purchased products, it is mandatory that they are in a proper commercial condition, unused, with the packaging intact, and without any fragrances. The products must be in the same condition as when received by the consumer. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or refunded according to the "Consumer Protection Act."

Lower parts of underwear, swimwear - such as panties, boxers, thongs, briefs, bodysuits, and other products characterized as underwear - CANNOT be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
The seller has the right to refuse the return of a product in accordance with applicable legislation.
In the event of a manufacturing defect identified upon receiving the product during the inspection option, the customer may return it at the store's expense, and a replacement product will be sent. In this case, the transport costs are covered by the seller.
